I agree with you Debbie. And the cop that gave him a ticket I hope the judge reads him the riot act and much more, what was this cop trying to do get points for giving out the most tickets for the day? What a jerk…the cop, not the good samaratan.

You have got to be kidding me!! He has to pay fines for helping someone??? I hope he wins his court case!!
