Not certain, been in and out of the hospital so much, on morphine, vicodin, valium, the heat packs I told you about, acupuncturist, massage physical therapy, aquatic therapy…long story short, between being in the hospital so much and the medications, sometimes I loose focus on what is going on. So honestly I can’t answer this question.
Ruby, right on all counts. I don’t know how to spell the hydrolalltor or whatever. In any case, it holds four clay packs, in 162 degree water and everything I explained earlier.

Have you ever done cold thearpy or a combo of both? Cold reduces swelling while heat increases circulation.
