    Was not fortunate enough to see Bob Hope but did see other USO shows, could hardly see the end of this video for the tears in my eyes. Thanks for the reminder of the lives of real services men not the so called “boots on the ground”. My opinion only but using this term should be outlawed for all government use!

    Tom Kanude, My GI buddies and I saw Bob Hope in 1966 while I was servicing in An Khe, V.N. What a treat in the middle of the Central Highlands early in the war. He had Joey Heatherton and Jack Jones with him. It really brought a bit of home to us. Something to remember for a lifetime. He gave troops decades of laughs over the years. What a great entertainer and gentleman.

    Senior year in high school we must write ..correctly.. a”term-paper”..footnotes,margins,ect. the title required was
    A Great American. I never worked so hard! I aced it ..A+

    Bob Hope The one and ONLY I was in Korea and He came and had Jane Mansfield with his group and we loved his humor and the way he connected to the Troops, can almost heard Him, God Bless Him, Thanks Bob !
