I absolutely loved it!!!!! And so did the people in the audience. Look at their faces! Jubilant and joyful. All of his concerts are old fashioned, formal, elegant and lovely. Such a welcome change from jeans and t-shirts! You can’t look at his performances without being uplifted. He brings out the good in the world.

Rieu a été longtemps critiqué par les bobos infatués et les “politiquement corrects” qui jugeaient sa musique “populaire” indigne de grandes formations. Le hic c’est que les musiciens, eux, ont trouvé une source de revenus non négligeables car Rieu est devenu rapidement demandé en Europe et a dirigés de très nombreux concerts avec de plus en plus d’excellents musiciens tout heureux de pouvoir s’exprimer et gagner de l’argent. J’ignore de quand date cette projection comme j’ignore si RIEU est encore vivant ou mort.
