    Loved this great story!! Amazed that the ducklings would suckle. I’ve read that they attach to the first things they see so stands to reason they would mimic the kittens.

    It is a wonderful story. These people were lucky enough to have a camera available to take the pictures 🙂 We were not so lucky when our cat
    adopted a chicken chicks! Tabby adopted the chicks, using the chickens’ nest as ‘home base’. Thus, when the chicken went out to eat, Tabby sat on the nest, keeping everyone warm and feed. Likewise, When Tabby wanted to go hunting or come to the house to eat, the chicken wouls stay on the nest, keeping every warm and cozy. Oh! How I wish I had had a camera those many years ago!!!
