How ironic that the driver of this car caught the entire scene on tape. Was this a police car driving? ( I think not…, the police would have chased the car that almost hit the man.) However, why was anyone videotaping this particular street. Just a regular street…anyway, glad the man wasn’t hit, the title is correct…That was close!
