I didn’t notice that they swayed at all. I kept waiting & nothing.

Look at the building in relation to an object in the background. Try and pick out an object that is next to the side of a building. You’ll notice the building swaying then. It works in scenes where the building is being seen from the side and you’ve got all this other stuff in the distance.
