I worked in a bank after graduation from high school, but I was not a teller. After viewing this video my comments to the ‘older lady’ would have been: “well done”. The young whipper-snapper thought she had the wool pulled over the ‘ole lady’s eyes’. My compliments to the OLDER GENERATION.

As someone who is 79 years old, perhaps they could straighten out the mess by remembering the old saw (Mark Twain’s lament) that “Common sense is the least common sense of all.”

I find as a 74 year old that more and more the “old folks” in our society are treated like tbey are somewhat addled. Don’t mess with the oldsters. Some of them even know how to use a phone and a computer!

Judi Hertz you are correct in that there are many of us “old folk” that know how to use computers, get our bank statements online, etc. The banks where I live have many personnel across our state and they are patient, kind and helpful. I just wanted to say that I like my bank and those who work there. It appears that down South we are a tad more patient with many customers over time.
