WHILE im happy for lola, this had nothing to do with the above pic.. i think it was all staged…i think 1 funny needs a get well page..good luck lola. thought this was 1 Funny, not net huggs and seriously im really a soft hearted person..
Sure, Liz. I’ll be glad to. I’m on NetHugs every day. I also have a medical problem. I was supposed to have a total knee replacement on my right knee last April, but the new insurance I got on turned me down. I appealed twice, no dice. So, I changed to another one. It seemed they did at first, then a week later, the nurse called & said they turned me down, too. I was so devasted! But…..the nurse kept fighting for me. She called & talked to my husband & guess what?! They approved my surgery. Praise God! It takes place Oct. 8th. So keep me in your prayers. I will also keep you & Lola in my prayers.
I can surely add you to my long prayer list! I’m pleased that your nurse was soooo willing to fight for you and finally get your surgery okay’d! She (I assume) is the kind of nurse that we need to have in our corner! May the Lord bless her abundantly, too.
I hope that your surgery goes splendidly and you’ll be out and about soonly post-op, and dancing by New Year’s eve!!!

Thanks for letting us know about Lola. She hadn’t sent me anything for awhile & I wondered. I keep in contact with her & she should have let me know. She will be in my prayers for sure.
Hi Joy, Lola has had no access to a computer, so that’s why no one has heard from her. I haven’t had a chance to speak to her today, so I’m not sure what’s going on with her. Hopefully they sent her home today, but since we’ve not spoken, I don’t know. Between a woman (91) who I drive and clean for, who has the worst possible outlook on life, and keeping up with Lola, as well as dealing with my own health issues, my days have been long and hectic! I’ll tell her you asked about her.
If you get on Net Hugs, would you deliver the same kind of announcement that I put on here, please? She wanted me to go to that site, too, but my computer has been REALLY acting up, so if you could do it, I’d truly appreciate it!!! Thank you Joy! Have a wonderful night, and an awesome day tomorrow!!!!

Hey folks! Those of you who have not heard from Lola, or seen her comments here this week, it’s because she’s been very sick, and in the hospital. She’s asking for your prayers, so that she will get her health and strength back. Some of us have been in touch with her, and she sends greetings, as well as asking for your prayers. Lola has had a really bad week, and longs for healing. Please send your prayers to Heavenly Father and Jesus, for her. Thanx for your prayers, and good wishes for her healing as well as her health to return.
I wished id known sooner..she and I had been corresponding via email and she hasn’t answered any of mine nor sent me any…if u talk to her, tell her she is on my prayer list and to get better fast..the reason I post above is because I get tired of putting my name and email addy on here everytime i didn’t use to have too.
Lots of things are different on this site. I think it was better before. You do realize, Mary Bare, that you are responding to a post that is over a year old, don’t you? Last I heard about Lola, she was having a pretty rough time and may not be online now. I also keep her in my prayers.
