My daughter has always had cats and dogs together. Only one cat seems to have a panic condition and wets everytime he sees the dogs. Mostly he just stays upstairs till the dogs go up to bed. Poor cat.
dogs and cats are NOT natural enemies. They learn through fear. I had a dog years ago & brought home a foundling kitten. It was scared at first but Betsy protected Elvira from a neighborhood cat & they slept together ever after.
