Call 911 or your local emergency number. Chew and swallow an aspirin, unless you are allergic to aspirin or have been told by your doctor never to take aspirin. Or you can go to “K-Mart, 400 Oak St. Cincinnati Ohio to get salesman Steve some new boxer shorts.
