When I was younger, much younger than today, I saw and did a few of the things in this slide show. Memories came flooding back into my old brain. You could have shown the Green Grocer deliveries, or milk being deliver by horse drawn wagons, coal deliveries through cellar windows by wheelbarrows. Rivers clogged by paper mills, etc. However, I found this to be quite enjoyable. Thank you.

In the 50’s we had a bread man from a bakery come around. If you put a sign , given to you by the bakery, in your window and he would stop and you told him what you would like. He would go to his truck and get it for you.
