Odd is right! Who in their right mind would build something like that?!? It should have been the same on the ground as above. Why small, then something larger on top? Crazy!

I love the first shot.. the reflection off of the water on the concrete… awesome architecture and no … no building code inspector… no investor … no one at all would invest or rubber stamp a building guaranteed to topple at a large wind… Use your head ladies…. I wonder if half you people think before you write comments… because ya got me rolling my eyeballs again!
