    It also reminds me of a male peacock wooing his female in a park.

      I did some research. This bird is Australian. Before it was classified as the lyrebird, it was called field pheasant or desert peacock. It is proficient at mimicking sounds, much like the mockingbird.

    Very unusual, but a mockingbird sounds alot better with more sounds. My canary’s song beats this one. He can reach three (3) octaves above “middle C” on a piano!

    That bird has a variety of sounds. The way it spreads its tail feathers makes me wonder if it belongs in the peacock family?

    Reminded me of a video game … looks like a cross between a pheasant and a peacock. Quite interesting !!
