This just filled my heart with joy. Thank you kind gentlemen for taking the time, energy and patience to do a kind deed to a defenseless animal. I’m certain if she weren’t so leary of mankind, she might not have struggled with them so much. I’m so happy that all turned out well for everyone in the end.

Seemed when they finally got the strap under her that last time she knew they were trying to help and quit struggling against them. Gid bless those that helped.

I notice that the ice was thin at spots. It took brave people to go out there on ice skates.

That was so sweet. I just wish they had talked kindly to the deer while helping. It might have eased her fear earlier. Good job, great rescue!! 🙂
