He is one ‘stoned’ little boy, but Phil has a point. This little person is thoroughly enjoying himself, and unfortunately, he may choose to duplicate that feeling, as he gets older. I hope that Phil and I are wrong about his future. As for becoming president, I don’t think so, but anything is possible!

I remember feeling like this in hospital when I was about 13. I was told I kept telling a male helper how cute he was each time I saw him.
