I am amazed at these little beauties, God/s creation. I live in BC and these are my very favorite birds to watch.
I have the feeder and I maintain it all year round. Little more work in winter months but it is so worth it !!
Early morning and late in the evening, I find them at my feeder enjoying their much needed food. Love Them ,even when they are fighting with each other !!!
Thank you so much for sharing this awesome video.

Mrs winter feeds and yesterday we removed
The purple leaf tree that she feeds them in.
As I was putting the three feeders back up in
Another tree near by I was getting an earful
From the hummers. Was very interesting
Experience as they fussed until they were up.

Truly amazing critters. Wonderful shots. Have several around yard year round – east coast Vancouver Island, BC. No feeders; just lots of flowering bushes and shrubs. Very territorial; get buzzed and chirruped at if we go near pine tree we suspect is nesting site. Have seen one male chase crow away from hanging flower basket he guards.

Truly amazing photography, kudos to those who have blessed us with their photographic talent! I am fortunate to live where we have humming birds all year. We take joy in keeping their feeder replenished and watching their aggressive as well as submissive antics. Perhaps once a year we have a light sprinkling of snow at which time we are deluged by these beauties sparing for a turn at the feeder. What an amazingly creative God we have!

It was truly awesome to be able to see the hummers so close and for such a long period of time. The birds are without a doubt a joy to behold, and I must thank the the photographers for their patience and skill! What an experience!

We live in Ala, & have many, many hummers every summer. We have had them fly into the glass door & knock themselves out temporarily. We pick them up, put some nectar near their beak, they drink, get their wits back & fly off. Once, one got stuck in the top of the porch, was hanging by it’s beak, so I reach up, took it down, & it flew off. And we have found them passed out in the yard, give them a drink & off they go! And we normally keep up to 4 gallon jugs at the same time in the refrigerator & are constantly making refills! They truly are beautiful & amazing creatures!
