Sorry about that–hit the wrong button! lol! As I was saying- a lady was a lady at ALL TIMES way back in the early days–their mothers did not tell them anything about sex–except for it was their job to satisfy their man. My grandmother was born in 1890 census and only had one child–and she named her (my mother) Helen Louis–telling my grandfather that she usedn his middle name to name her after him–that she was having no more! And there was only one way of not having anymore that then–lol!
No wonder the women were all always barefoot & pregnant- who do those men think they were ? Gods gift to women ??????– IT AINT THAT WAY NOW-DAYS – WOMEN TAKE A STAND FOR EQUAL RITES !!!!!
strong christian values was pushed upon the women to love and obey their husbands , unfortunly for some women they married some men that had no christian values and were crule to them . the lord said ; male and female he created , they are as one in marrage , if you love yourself you will treat your mate with respect , for you are as one in spirit as the christ with the church and the father in heaven is with him. nuff said!!!

When men were men and women were women was the case of divorce high?Ofcourse nowadays it takes two(husband and wife)to make up a good marriage.
