Why open only 20 days? I should think it could function for 3 months. May be a licencing thing.
We fish in Nova Scotia for 2 months usually but this year very warm winter so, too little ice.

This is so cool. Ice fishing is a big deal in Minnesota….so this lady was quite the marketer to think of this unique idea to reach these customers. Good thing she is smart enough to know when to remove the bar off the lake. LOL

BURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! I’m a pansy from Southern California and can’t even imagine
a second in that kind of cold. Looks like fun for all those who can tolerate the cold though. : )

My father in law and I had a shack that we pulled onto the lake every year near Altoona, Wi. for many years.
It had a kerosene stove and was so nice and warm that we would fish in our shirts. Had a power auger and the
holes never froze up. Had a great time……
Every year somebody would wait too long and go thru the ice with either their vehicle and or their shack.

Brings back ice memories from South Dakota and Wisconsin all good. I do miss it now. Would have liked seeing the Polka band.

Well I never, that is really nifty. What a great idea though, and to have people from all over the world, is terrific. Great video and thank you for sharing. God Bless.
