HOW IS IT THAT THERE WERE NO CHILDREN OF COLOR IN THIS VIDEO? HOW DO PEOPLE OF COLOR GET THER PHOTOS INCLUDED IN SUCH A CULTURAL REPRESENTATION. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE COMMENTED ON THIS TOPIC. WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE.

All that fun and memories from back then, costumes my mom made when I was young. ‘Cabbage Night’ ( the night BEFORE Halloween!) when as a teen we did the ‘tricking’ with the hopes we didn’t get caught!, then got the treats door to door on Halloween night, at the nice peoples’ homes! There was a local woman who would make popcorn balls for each kid! Next generation, when I walked with my kids, the same woman was still making those same delicious popcorn balls for the kids! Lots of memories! All safe fun. Now I have trick or treaters coming to my door for so many years, we’re on second or third generation! Those that were being driven, are now doing the driving for their own kids or grandkids! I love it! Happy Halloween!
