I did this with a 2 oz chihuahua puppy, with chest compressions and all. She was so tiny I was afraid to blow directly into her mouth, so I open it and tilted her head up ( to open her airway) and blew at her mouth. It took about 30 minutes off and on, but she finally made it. She was so very tiny! (It really helped that I was a neonatal nurse.)
