At least they are getting enough rain to support the grass. I guess the roots of the grass just expanded and broke the concrete? Send some of the rain to TExas. Nice way to decorate a sidewalk by planting trees and creating shade and letting the green seep through. Reminds me of the Bible verse about a tree being well watered. This one certainly was.
