Wonderful! I’m so happy I checked my emails on this July 4th Independence Day 2022.
It gave me goosebumps, a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes.
Decided to sing along the 2nd time I listened. Posted it to my FB.

Mr. Knowler, please listen to those TWO songs again, that second song, when the Colorado Pipe & Drums joined in WAS “God Bless America”: (“God bless America, Land that I love. Stand beside her and guide her..”) even the style and beat of the music is different than the first song played, “America the Beautiful”…(“O beautiful for spacious skies,. For amber waves of grain..”),. and if you were familiar with the words to both patriotic songs and sang along with them as they were played,..as most of us did, you would know this. God Bless our Beautiful America and Happy July 4th to all!

That was NOT God Bless America. It was America theBeautiful. ANY grade school kid knows the difference.
You are correct in the statement of Kate Smith, but she sang God Bless America, not America the Beautiful.
If you are going to post something like this, please educate yourself on what you are posting.

Bob, you need to educate yourself!!! They played both songs!!!!! As you stated, “ANY grade school kid knows the difference” so you proved your knowledge is less than a grade school child. Pretty pathetic.
