Very glad to see this cat was rescued by loving people. That is a horrible thing to do to a sweet cat like Phoenix, I have always adopted the cats I got. One lived to be 18 years old. Loved that cat so much. Have cared for others, but none so much as that one. I always think of him even yet, many years later. So happy these people found her before she was too bad to recover. Thanks for sharing this.

I dislike starting off with a negative but I hope God has a sure and certain punishment for the person or persons who left this cat in a taped up box. May He also bless these lovely animal loving people for their kindness, love and tenderness. If you don’t want an animal, leave it at a no-kill shelter.

So glad you rescued this cat. You have welcomed her/him into a loving home. My cat, Mouse, was also adopted at 10 weeks from a service in Florida, she is now 11 years old & spoiled rotten. We love her.

Thank God for the kindness of these beautiful souls.

Whoever taped this poor cat in a box should be put away.
What a cruel, inhumane action towards a helpless animal.

And they walk amongst us which is horrid and if anybody knows who committed this cruel action, they should be reported to the police.

    What a sick twisted mentality….. !
Thank God for the beautiful ending
and kindness of the new owners.

    God Bless.

    All the way from Australia…….

We agree completely. Phoenix is one lucky cat. God bless those who helped her.
