Dog and Miniature horse Bonding Session
This miniature horse likes to bond with Tara the Staffordshire Bull Terrier at the Dreamcathers farm in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Tara’s owner and the stable manager at the farm often brings Tara out to play with these friendly horses.
So what did you think of Tara and these little horses? Please tell us in the comment section below.

My experience with minis is that they are mean and ill tempered. Just like anything else, I’m sure there are some sweet ones out that as well. I did read something about one being some kind of service animal.

That is a small horse, about the size of a German Shepphard, i guess. The price is not too bad for one, about the same as for a good dog breed. Thanks for the reply!

In response to “Love”…You can buy them anywhere and average price is about $500 upwards to $7000+. Some people keep them as house pets. Smallest one on record was in New Hampshire, weighing 6 lbs. and stood only 14 inches tall. Go ahead and say it…awww. 😀

It has been my experience that the mini horse is anything but sweet.

In most cases they are friendly, interact well with people and used as service animal. But it is still a horse and sometimes they just might want to sow those wild oats of theirs. 🙂

Wow, this is my first time hearing of a miniature horse. I thought it was a baby horse. Are they found certain parts of the world?
