You are right, Lola, not a big deal. However, I just think Kate is a more appropriate name for a dog than a deer. Plus, I think I recall hearing the spots on a fawn referred to as pips. I have a friend who raises an exotic breed of deer. I’ve spent some time on their place and have noticed that young does are not near as playful as the young bucks which is why I think Pip is a young buck. That head movement is indicative of a move they make with antlers. I could never get a close enough look at the head to see if there are antler buds. Plus, I really don’t see the evidence of maleness on the black dog. Either way, it is a good lesson for you and your bf …
Hey Ruby, I chuckled when I read your comment. So I went back and watched the video again. Now, you may be right, but it still looks to me like the dog is after the deer. Watch the beginning, and the part where he brings the ball to her, and how he is always nuzzling her. It really doesn’t matter if I got it wrong with these two. The video is adorable. It only matters if I can’t figure out whether or not I’m right with my boyfriend and how playful we are….lol Thanks for making me laugh and letting me re-watch the video, you may be right as I said, but I still think I’m right. Oh well, it doesn’t matter, they made us both smile right?! Beautiful video. Have a nice day! Anyone else want to challenge me on this? lol!!!!

Absolutely love it !!!
And, Lola, I’d say Kate is the black dog and Pip in the young buck so you got it backwards.

It’s always amazing what God will do whether it’s with us humans or the animals that He created. He puts friendship in all of us.

That dog sure had the hots for his girlfriend…and she’s loving every minute of it. Ah, love is grand, no matter what!
