Adorable uplifting story. Thank you for sharing I love birds too. We had a Parakeet,
assisted living home, named Tweetie he was adorable. He loved people. A friend and I taught him to talk. One phrase we taught him was “My name is Tweetie Bird” and he would say very loudly. ” My name is BIRD.” Another time we had a gospel group singing and they sang out, “Jesus, Jesus ,Jesus” and Tweetie yelled out,” Jesus, Jesus, Jesus… I loved Sweetie and he died at 11 years old. I still miss him…

So sweet! What amazing bonds form when humans step in to save animals that are separated from their parent(s) before they are old enough to survive.
