This may be a cute vehicle but, I’d be a lil’ scared if I wear beside a tractor trailer truck on the highway. The Smart car looks
about the same size, that too would be frightening. Remind me of the clown car at the old circus’ .

Clearly, though, this car is from the 60s or 70s, and is probably very unsafe, not to mention aerodynamically absurd.

Actually, Randy G is gravely misinformed.

It’s true that the structure of the older car Itself would withstand the impact better than modern cars, but that impact would therefore be transferred onto its occupants. Modern cars are made to crumple on impact because it absorbs the force and helps keep the passengers safe. The percentage of fatalities resulting from car accidents is much lower than back in the day. Cars now are far and away safer than certainly any car from the 50s or even the 80s.

Unfortunately, they don’t look nearly as cool!

Randy G, I agree the older cars was made better. They might take more gas to run because they are heavier, but they are a lot safer. You might ruin this car if you hit a small dog. I would not want it.

Any car run over by a 18 wheeler would be, You need a 1950’s car to survive it.These little cars would be easier to park unlike most people today whom need 2 spaces to park one car.
