In the 1960s and 1970s, Lilly Yokoi was considered the world’s greatest acrobat on bicycle. Her act was indeed technically outstanding, and the ease with which she performed it, her grace, and her unmatched elegance have survived the test of time.

I don’t remember seeing this in that time frame, and thought about the boys that do bicycle tricks now almost identical to this. She’s quite strong and her performance was too. She also had heels on while she did the tricks!

I too noticed the heels, little ones yet heels. My son had a bike very much like this one except for the paint job.
