Great videos. I had a 64 imperial. Along with the push button tranny linkage and auto headlight dimmer it had an ” autopilot ” ( cruise control) and a search and tune radio button on the floor next to the manual headlight dimmer. You could end up changing the radio station when trying to flash the high beams and vice versa.

My grandchildren think I’m old fashion because I drive a 61 Ford. I can’t wait to send them this and show them we were pretty sophisticated during my prime of life. These are great.

The granddaddy of all these was the 1950 “Bathtub” Nash with folding front seats that made into a bed. The front passenger seat folded flat with a side lever. But, for safety reasons, the driver’s seat required stopping car, getting out, pushing seat forward and pulling a pin, after which that seat folded also. Great car for a visit to lovers lane!
