   I remember hating to call a friend because the # had too many zeros. Took to long to dail!

   I guess that I must be even older than dirt, ’cause not only do I remember them all, I also remember when we had no television, and would stand outside the appliance store to watch the set on display in the store window. But must admit, can’t remember my phone number. Have had to many of ’em over these many intervening years. But thanks for the memories of better days long lost.
