With almost 50 thousand known species of spiders around the world, and potentially far more that are yet to be discovered, it’s amazing to think that each one has its own unique behaviors, methods, and types of prey that they hunt… which means that they all have different approaches to the way that they weave their webs. It’s generally accepted that there are 6 main types of web that are used, from the commonly seen orb structures, to the less obvious triangle and mesh designs.
