Don’t know what you read, Becky, but you need to read it again. A pontoon is a floating device. Some boats have pontoons and are called pontoon boats. They are not one and the same. Either way, the ice cream boat is an ingenious idea.
And according to Funk & Wagnalls – the dictionary people – Ruby – a pontoon is in actuality a boat !!! Go ahead – look it up on wikipedia also – same definition – – – it’s a boat anyway you float it. This gentleman has a brilliant idea going here.

Good Idea. Pays for owning the boat. Usual a boat is a hole in the water that you throw money in.
