Cats are so very special and enrich your life, and ask for so little in return! This was such a wonderful, true video and so enjoyable! I have four and adore each one! They love attention, petting, communication and will lay down next to you, or on you, wherever you go! Everyone should have a kitty! Just make sure you get their nails cut, or your furniture will suffer! But they are worth it all!

Wife and I neither one had cats or anything to do with them growing up. After getting married we did get into dog rescue that actually drew the attention of some feral cats that figured if you’re feeding them, then you can feed us too. Never having been around cats, had no idea about the gift thing. At the time I was working for an ATM service and was advised to watch out exiting the home in the A.M. and to be fully armed and ready. Walked out 3/4 asleep one morning. Pistol on my hip, shotgun nestled in the crook of my arm, a cup of coffee in my hand. They had left my a ‘present’ sometime during the night: about a step out the door was a coiled to strike snake. This was in 1992 and I still do not know where that coffee cup went. Shotgun came up and a hair’s breadth from blowing a hole in my own foot and porch I realized it was already dead. They were all sitting around the porch looking as if Why the bad reaction? We left you a prize. Long talk with them about how much I really appreciated it but to please do not leave me anything like that again.

Like to think my kitty is saying ‘I love you’ when she pats me on the face in the morning. More likely that she is saying she is ready for food. She does all these other things too.
