poor dog. no exercise and too much food and no attention=this dog. Bad owners, Bring me that dog, he will get in much better, healthier shape, and while your at it, go to jail and see how it feels not being able to control your future.

The owners of this poor dog should be reported to the SPCA, this is animal cruelty as the poor animal cannot even move for exercise. Soooooo sad
This is not even funny. I feel sorry for the dog. The owners should not be allowed to have any king of pet. This is abuse.
People tend to over feed their pets out of love , not thinking of the real harm it’s doing to their pets … If the pet owner of this dog is reading this , PLEASE PULL BACK ON THE FEEDING and take him out side and walk him , You beloved pet will die sooner with all this weight on him add a few years to his life by cutting his meals in half !

Totally agree with all the above. My mother would not listen to me and lost her best friend,(shelty) hips went out. For few years my neighbor would not listen even with all the articles I took to her,(German Shepherd) till I contacted her vet, which happened to be my veterinarian. SUCCESS!! There was nothing funny about the picture. Was Sickening!!!! This owner has no common sence.
I fail to see the humor in this picture! This dog is severely overweight, and at a much greater risk for health issues to arise. This dog needs to be placed on a diet immediately, and the owner should be shot for doing this to their best friend!!! This is proof of an irresponsible pet owner! They should loose possession of the animal immediately!
I have a dog identical to this one and she is the sweetest little girl ever. I have been warning my son about her being 10 pounds overweight at age 4. This picture was in very poor taste and should have been rejected along with advice to get their baby on a diet immediately.
