very silly people thinking they can use animals as a joke. Dogs also feel pain. Administration should be able to send the message to the appropriate person. What a goon!!!!!
I know I made the remark that it’s stupid & they don’t like it I’m sure, by all appearances they don’t like it anyways. But ladies I really do think they were only up there just long enough to take the picture..ya’ll calm down please. And I think Lin is right-it has been around a long time. Lord knows they sure didn’t do it again-being as the puppies got bigger for sure! And by the looks of them I’m sure they got quite big–lol! So ya’ll calm down ok??
This pic has been around a long time. It’s doubtfull anyone knows who it belonged to. I really don’t see any harm unless the dogs had to stay up there a long time.
Okay Admin….in answer to Julie’s question, you know who did this. Are you going to contact the Animal Welfare Association and have the owner of these adorable puppies fined? Or are you going to let this slip through the cracks. This is animal cruelty and I for one am shocked that you allowed this to be posted on here. Not at all funny, but cruel. So you can take the action and have it reported…will you?
I would like to get whoever done this and string them up by their necks.
There is nothing at all funny about this, those poor little dogs deserve a loving owner not some evil psycho that’s gets a kick out of hurting these beautiful dogs.
What they have done here must hurt the dogs, hanging with their whole body weight under their front legs.
This should be reported to the Animal Welfare Association, does anyone know how to go about finding out who done this?
I agree. This is just cruel. A nice,warm terry cloth towel would have been much better. I don’t find this amusing at all. Poor puppies. Probably will be difficult giving them a bath again.

It does not matter if they were hung there for 1 minute, it is still very very cruel.
