Pardon me if I am incorrect, but what makes the fact a horse is about to trample someone funny? The “humor” of some of these people is definitely one of a “sick” nature. I am surprised this was even printed. Shame on you.

sorry – everyone is wrong – the Horse is still going up if you look closely (or maybe not so closely) – It is a four legged creature – unless the horse didn’t mean to jump – it will land on its front two legs first, and pull its back two legs ALMOST even with its front two legs. Now the horse has to go up a little more(very little) based on this picture. When it prepares to land,it will position its body so that the hind legs are up and the front legs are closest to the ground, so that it may land properly. sort of like the / sign. So the most the man is not in danger of being landed on, but once the horse land, there is a chance the poor fellow will be kicked (which also hurts and potentially deadly if kicked in the right places.
Summary: In this picture, the Horse goes up with an angle like \ and will land with and angle like /.
if on the rare occasion it does land on its back two legs, then the horse will still land in front on the man, but will most likely fall to the side or backwards. Won’t crush the man to death, but it will hurt.
Thats not funny, thats gonna HURT LIKE HELL!
