In Yellowstone County Montana, there is a law that all dogs in the county, (city and country both,) have to be on a leash, fenced yard, or tied up. While they also state this law, you have to give care to the animals. If thew dog pound come by and your dogs are not in a fence or tied up, they will confiscate them then you must pay $149.00 each for them as a fine. They will take them without permission.

While where she lives, I am not familiar with the laws, but considering she did get permission, and was taking care of the dogs on her own, if she had removed them while on their property, she could have been put in jail and fined for animal theft.

Being a dog Lover and lover of all animals, this story brought tears to my eyes. A wonderful, caring young lady doing the right thing, my heart goes out to her. Those dogs will remember her for ever, such a warm feeling.

So thrilled for these dogs. Bravo to the young lady who was persistent in earning their trust. Also Bravo to the owners who gave them up. Life changed for them and for the dogs. At one time they may have been busy herding but that lifestyle changed for them. Lessons for all of us who are moving on in life.

It’s a shame that there are idiots out there who see nothing wrong with keeping dogs tied up for months. These stupid people feel that as long as they provide food and water they are doing the right thing. I’d like to see someone put a chain around that jerks neck and give him water and a couple of sandwiches every day for a couple of months.

That’s an amazing story. So glad these beautiful dogs were rescued thanks to the efforts of this woman who is their Guardian Angel. I love these animal rescue stories because they’re so uplifting and we need these because there’s so much bad news coming at us from all directions.

For the life of me I cannot understand people mistreating animals. My Mother used to always say: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” I am so happy that this amazing woman saved those beautiful dogs and that they got an amazing home. Thank you for sharing and God Bless.
