   …@#6…if that’s the case she’s very lucky… wam… wheelchair riders are helped off the bus…they cannot exit on their own…this has to be staged…

   The words on the shelter indicate this is an European country, either Austria or Germany. The lines around her seem to suggest an electric trolly or some such vehicle. I would use an educated guess it was a double decker bus and she exited from the top level rather stupidly.
