This was a suprise to me and had me worried about the guy and officer safety. The guy kept digging in his back pockets had me worried. A cool and bless officer to do that. God bless them. Wonderful!

That was really nice of the town & Police officer to help this man set up for the proposal. It was a surprise for me watching.
