ya know, I wondered about that possibly being a chipmunk when I saw
those puffy cheeks, but I went with the title. I agree with Shirley that it looks like a chipmunk.
This is a chipmunk…..We are loaded with them here in
Wisconsin. Especially like the bird feeders. Stuff their
cheek pouches and scoot down the pole, go to their
home, empty their pouches and come back for a refill.
Love them. Even had about ten I could hand feed.

Definitely a chipmunk. You can see the stripe down its back also. We can just change the title to “Squirreling away corn.”
