   Because of the smashed car next to it, My guess is that the cruiser was towed and placed in front of that wall. The phone booth looks like it has found its place in the grill of that car. I wonder did the driver just NOT see the phone booth? Or, Jean may be right, it might have lept in front of it at a high rate of speed, after a fruitless chase. (also at a high rate of speed) Absolutely no offence to the wonderful law enforcement intended…..It’s a JOKE. Both times

   umm yeah this is a fake. there is a wall behind the cop car! so how did the cop get behind the phone and smash into it like that?
