This looks like Lakeview Dr. in Chicago last winter, 2010. They had to abandon their cars & walk to the closest shelter. Brrrrrr!!!!!!

Funny that all the cars on the road are heading one way. Doesn’t look like any traffic going the other way. Maybe they were all heading out of town, trying to beat the storm. Well, we know the end to that story.
