All I can say it is not just the doctor that gives this diagnosis so do family and friends with the phrase “you are getting old”

This is medically true for some, however, I believe, in most cases, this is due to loneliness. We seasoned citizens are not considered as important any more, therefore, forgotten. When society again believes we have seasoned citizens that add SPICE TO LIFE, there may a positive change.
