Yes, it’s a fake. I just read the confession of the man who faked it. It’s in Canada and their train station was flooded so he decided to ridicule the situation by using photoshop on this picture. He’s good!

What I read said he got the idea from an aquarium that broke in a mall in Dubai last year. This stop in Tronto was close to a building where many lawyers officed.
