Well if this lady is 24 , then surely she is an adult , I believe the adult age starts at 18y/o/a so if that is the case then this lady in the picture has the right to do as she pleases. Their are a few comments here that has not taken this into acount.Daniel I see that you need a lession in telling peoples ages.
