Sea Lion Jumps on a Fishing Boat to Get Fish
“I shot this video in Cabo San Lucas Mexico with my Samsung Note 3. We chartered a fishing boat and caught two Marlin that day. The fishing guides said these sea lions always come looking for a treat but to be careful around them since you never know what they’e going to do. I had the fishing chair in front of me the whole time for a little protection. Hope you enjoy it & visit Cabo if you can- it was beautiful and the people were great too.”

We rarely give animals much credit for intelligence, and yet many of them display it. But the beauty of this was the fisherman who kindly made it possible for the sea-lion to swim onto the boat, and even gave it a hefty lunch! Very good indeed.

It certainly looked like he needed an applause. . They are pretty friendly tho. If they wouldn’t have let the sea Lion have the Marlin, might have been a different story.. But fast swimming?? Holy cow!! Now that.. is awesome to see!!

You right, that is a good up close view of a sea lion. I was amazed by how fast the sea lion swim and kept up with the boat!
