Sam and Matt’s Engagement
Matt somehow convinced the New London Police Chief to help him on this proposal to his girlfriend Sam. He actually came out on his day off to help Matt pull it off. He is to be pulled over and arrested right before in goes down on one knee and propose. Sam had no idea and was horrified at first but then that fear quickly turned into ecstasy. Watch this all go down on the police’s dash cam.

A great proposal, and cool policemen to volunteer to help out. I think the officer should of had a better answer for Sam than, “are you driving the car, than don’t be asking any questions”. That was a rude response and give the whole thing a wrong vibe. He could of said something like, “you have nothing to worry about…we’re just doing job”. Overall, they did a good job!
