My cat will do that. lol But the only time she pants is when she is hot. My old house had no AC and the poor thing roasted. She loved the ice water I gave her. She stays nice and cool here and is more playful too, even though she is around 13 years old.

Smart and well trained cat. It was all in fun and game. I guess any animal can be trained to do different kinds of tricks. It would take lots of patients of both the trainer and the animal.
