Robo Snow Plow
Do you dread shoveling the snow in the winter? Is your back crying out for help when you do? Well we’ve got just the thing for you: a robotic snow plow! These guys built themselves one of these after getting fed up with shoveling their driveway in the winter. Watch and be amazed!
What did you think of the Robo Snow Plow? Would you want one if it was mass produced? Please let us know your thoughts in the comment section below.

Yes, would be interested. Like everyone else wondering what the cost would be. This would be ideal for the elderly?

Very interested if the cost is reasonable. Also think about a robotic lawn mower. All of us older folks need both items

If it would save you from a heart attack it would be worth it.

Excellent video – answered most or all of the questions I might have had. I would like further information, as we own homes in Kansas and Utah.
Question:
1) what is the range of the remote (ex: our Kansas asphalt driveway is 1/2 mile long with clear-sight the entire length)?
2) what is the weight of the unit – will it trailer easily if moved?
3) Controller seems to be shown as a computer in the garage – is there a portable option, laptop, etc?
4) Kansas property also has dirt road surfaces – does that affect performance?
5) Obviously, what are the proposed costs?

Cool. Could it spread salt or sand over cleaned surface to prevent falls?

That is a good question and would be cool if it had that feature.

This is a great invention and is something that could have been created long time ago. It is great he took the effort to do the research and make a wonderful invention. Having to shovel every day snow and ice out your drive way, sounds tiring and especially if you are sick. Great invention and very inspirational!
